Catharsis (kəˈθärsis) – Noun, the process of releasing, and thereby providing relief from, strong or repressed emotions.
That’s what you’re looking for in music when feeling a strong emotion such as anger, and for the moment I can think of no song more cathartic than Nine Inch Nails’ “Wish”. It was a toss up between this and “March of the Pigs” but side by side this won.
Make sure there are no fragile ornaments, children or pets in close proximity when listening to this! 😡

Perfect Rich… I tend to find Quick and to the Pointless (QOTSA), and The Gentle Art of Making Enemies (Faith No More) do the trick nicely also.
